Subscriptions provide access to streaming content for the duration of the chosen plan. Payment is collected at the start of each period via our payment gateway partner. Pricing is shown in VND on the plans page.
Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to share your access credentials, attempt to download or copy the content, or use it in violation of any law.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. Maintenance, third-party outages, or events beyond our control may temporarily affect access.
You may cancel at any time. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy; cancellation behaviour is in our Cancellation Policy.
All content on eYoga (videos, artwork, text, logos) is the property of nServe Technology LLC or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream content for private viewing only. For copyright concerns see our DMCA Policy.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, nServe Technology LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ras Al Khaimah unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
