Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed for eYoga subscriptions, operated by nServe Technology LLC.


1. Refund Eligibility

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once payment is processed and access has been granted, because subscriptions provide immediate access to digital content.


2. Discretionary Refunds

At our discretion, refunds may be considered in the following situations: a duplicate or accidental charge, a verifiable technical fault that prevented access, or a charge made without authorisation. Requests must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.


3. How to Request a Refund

Email business@nserve.co from the email address used to subscribe, including the transaction reference, date, amount, and a brief reason for the request.


4. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. The credit may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your payment method and bank.


5. Cancellation vs Refund

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
