nServe Technology LLC ("we", "us", "the Site") respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects users of eYoga to do the same. These procedures are strictly for copyright infringement claims.


1. Notice of Claimed Infringement

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without permission on eYoga, send a notice to our designated Copyright Agent (below) including:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised representative.
  • A description of the copyrighted work that has been infringed.
  • The location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material on eYoga.
  • Your contact details — name, address, phone, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

2. Removal Process

On receipt of a complete and valid notice we will promptly remove or disable access to the material identified and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted it where applicable.


3. Counter-Notification

If you believe your material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the Copyright Agent including the same identifying information and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.


4. False Claims

Submitting false claims or abusing the DMCA process can lead to legal consequences, including liability for damages, legal fees, and court costs under applicable law.
